2000 sqft building at the rear of two city lots.
The building is about 80% complete for its certificate of occupancy.
Two restrooms, one is ADA sized.
Will be heated and cooled by electric heat pump system with baseboard backup.
All new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Human friendly, places to sit, play, relax. Loitering encouraged 😄
Open areas surfaced in highly compacted angular fines over compacted base.

Design to be refined, edited over time. Would like to include lots of seating, water feature, garden art, etc.... If we are able to do this, it will be a work in progress.
The boulevard along Kennedy is City/Public property. Plantings and improvements shown there are goals that we will collaborate on, with the City.
