The building is about 80% complete for its certificate of occupancy.

Design to be refined, edited over time. Would like to include lots of seating, water feature, garden art, etc.... If we are able to do this, it will be a work in progress.
The boulevard along Kennedy is City/Public property. Plantings and improvements shown there are goals that we will collaborate on, with the City.
